I was born into a household that appreciated art and revered good art.
My biggest challenge was to deal with the negativity and self doubt that came from people asking me when I plan to go back to a ‘real job’
The motivation and encouragement I received through social media really helped me grow as an artist.
A strong belief that our environment and what we see around us, impacts our inner world led me to pursue a professional journey which reflected on this principle.
It took some time but slowly and steadily everything fell into place
My turning point was when I understood that I need to keep doing what I love and forget about the number of followers.
I have learnt to be patient and started to believe in my art.
The journey began in a very unnatural way, but it never happened overnight.
The biggest struggles I had to face were getting the right mix of fabric, bringing in the perfect vendors and most importantly reaching out to the buyers.
My learnings from all my scientific, creative as well as homemaker job has been to always continue to seek out one’s purpose in life.
