On this World Environment Day,
Let’s pledge to try
A bit harder
To preserve and provide,
To not harm,
To admire from afar,
And do whatever little we can,
To leave our environment and surroundings,
As they were,
If not better,
Or at least worse
Do your bit
Because even a little bit
Goes a long way,
In making this world better,
In making this world more liveable,
In making this world more beautiful
