Julia Blake runs her own cleaning company. She has the unfortunate habit of finding murdered people. In this story, Julia travels to Edinburgh University to visit her son, Sam. It’s not long before she stumbles upon a dead body. Julia is happy to leave the murder investigation to the police – until her son becomes one of their suspects. Julia has no option but to get herself involved, despite the danger she puts herself in.

This one is a quick and thrilling read. For those that love mystery and crime thrillers, this will be an enjoyable read.
What I liked about the book:
- –> I loved how the culprit was obvious, but still turned out to be so unexpected.
- –> The big reveal also leaves the readers with a learning and an important message.
- –> The best part about the book was that I finished it in one go, in just an hour.
What I did not like about the book:
- I wanted to know more about the place, the people and the campus where the protagonist’s son was staying and studying.
